Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of two leases on Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains, New York.

uBreakiFix has signed a long-term lease for 700 square feet at 64 Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains, NY.   uBreakiFix services all brands of electronics, repairing cracked screens, water damage, software issues, camera issues and most other technical problems.  With more than 275 stores across North America, uBreakiFix opened 114 stores in 2016 and plans to open 175 new stores in 2017 for a year end goal of 450 stores in operation. They plan on expanding their presence throughout New York and currently have stores in Westchester County including Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Mount Kisco and Mamaroneck.  They opened for business in June 2017.  David Landes, and Craig Benson of Royal Properties, Inc. represented the retailer in this transaction.

The Banh Mi Shop has signed a 10-year lease for 700 square feet at 148B Mamaroneck Avenue in White Plains, NY.   The Banh Mi Shop provides authentic Vietnamese food and healthy cooking at a reasonable price.  They opened for business in March 2017.  Craig Benson of Royal Properties represented the retailer in this transaction.
