Village Shoppes is a 11,240-square foot center located at 703 Route 9 and Route 52 in Fishkill, NY. This center provides 60 on-site parking spaces, easy access from I-84 and great visibility with 42,082 cars per day along Route 9 and 17,464 per day along Route 52.  Co-tenants include Orange County Trust Company, Frozenberry Yogurt, AT&T and more. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, ShopRite, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Mattress Firm, McDonald’s and many more.  There is currently 800-square feet and 2,400 square feet available for lease, which can be combined to 3,200 square feet.
