Port Chester, NY: The Royal Properties leasing team of David Landes and Jeff Kintzer continue the aggressive expansion of Verizon Wireless locations throughout Westchester County. Verizon Wireless recently leased 2,500 Sq. ft. in the Port Chester Shopping Center in Port Chester, NY on Boston Post Road (Rt. 1). This former Jennifer Leather location is highly visible at the entrance of the Shopping Center next to Coconuts. Located at the intersection of interstate 87 & 95 the shopping center is strategically located to attract shoppers from New York and Connecticut. The shopping center is currently undergoing a complete renovation of its facade. Verizon Wireless will be joining such other retailers as Linens N Things, Kohl's, A&P Supermarket, Duane Reade, Modell's, Rockaway Bedding, Bank of America and many more. Verizon Wireless signed a long term lease at this location to further its expansion plans throughout Westchester County. This new location comes right after Verizon signed a lease to relocate and expand from a 4,000 Sq. Ft. location into a new 10,000 Sq. ft. store on Central Avenue in White Plains.
