leases to expand into New City,

In New City, NY Hollywood Tans signed a 7 year lease with a 5 year option for 2,700 SF at Clarkstown Plaza. Co-tenants in this center include C-Town Supermarket, Drug World, Clearview Cinemas, Hallmark Cards and Mango Tree. Jeff Kintzer represented both the landlord and tenant in this transaction. Hollywood Tans has signed a 10 year lease with a 5 year option for 2,500 SF at ShopRite Plaza in Derby, CT. Co-Tenants include ShopRite Supermarket, Pay-Half, Sleepy’s, Angel Tips, Advanced Auto and Petland Discount. Jeff Kintzer represented the landlord and Jason Wuchiski from Saugatuck Commercial represented the tenant.
