Royal Properties named as Exclusive Broker for

been named the exclusive
broker to market Lombard
Commons in Watertown,
Connecticut. The site, at 1128-
1142 Main Street (Route 63), is
located in Litchfield County,
CT. Lombard Commons will
be adding 11,000 SF of
additional retail space with
delivery expected in Summer
2007. Lombard Commons’
current tenants include
Starbucks, Radio Shack,
Blockbuster, and SuperCuts.

proximity to the junction of Main St. and Straits Tpke., we expect to continue building on the strong
