Royal Properties named Exclusive Leasing Broker for Main Street Lofts, Yonkers, NY (Winter 2006) 
The Royal Properties leasing team of Jeff Kintzer and David Landes have been named exclusive leasing brokers for Main Street Lofts a new retail and apartment development now under construction in Yonkers, NY. Royal Properties is marketing 25,000 Sq. Ft. of retail space located at the Yonkers Waterfront. This new development is being undertaken by Main Street Lofts, LLC which includes 170 loft condominiums above the retail space.
The entire area has undergone a complete transformation over the last few years and we are looking to place upscale dining establishments and other quality retailers into the development states David Landes, President of Royal Properties, Inc.
