North Haven, CT: The Royal Properties leasing team of David Landes and Jeff Kintzer have leased 4,000 Sq. Ft. to Verizon Wireless in the Home Depot Shopping Center located on Universal Drive in North Haven, Connecticut. This new location for Verizon Wireless places them in the premier shopping district in the North Haven marketplace. Home Depot Plaza is a 300,000 Sq. Ft. power center owned by Kimco Realty Corporation. Verizon Wireless signed a long term lease for this location and joins Home Depot, BJ's, TJ Maxx, Xpect Discount, Gamestop, GNC and a variety of local retailers in this very active shopping center. Neighboring retailers include Target, Sports Authority, Barnes and Noble, Office Max, and Sleepy's. Verizon made the move to the Home Depot Plaza due to its excellent location, ease of access from I-91 and tremendous parking field. This location in Connecticut continues Verizon Wireless expansion plans throughout the region.
