Royal Properties, Inc. has been named the Exclusive Broker to lease Ashton Park in Poughkeepsie and The Shopps at Nine in Fishkill both on Route 9. Ashton Park, at Route 9 & Old Post Road, offers
32,000 SF of retail space plus pad sites with delivery expected in the spring of 2010. Ashton Park is located across from the primary access to the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. “With its location at
