ROYAL PROPERTIES EXPANDS SUBWAY INTO In Nyack, Subway signed a ten year lease at 125 Main Street in the heart of downtown Nyack. This 1,200 Sq. Ft. store is located in front of the municipal parking lot and adjacent to the Nyack theatre, this location is highly visible and offers a high pedestrian traffic count. Subway will be building out their Tuscan design in this location. Subway also signed a ten year lease in the Orangetown Shopping Center, 20 Orangetown Road, Orangeburg, NY. Subway is joining CVS, U.S. Post Office, Dunkin’ Donuts, Captain Video and a variety of 15 additional retailers. This 1,200 Sq.
