The Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have brokered the following deals:
Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a 20 year lease for 2,000 SF at Shop Rite Plaza on Route 1 in Stamford,
Connecticut. “Dunkin’ Donuts was attracted to this location due to the enormous visibility on Route 1 as well
as the shopping center co-tenants” says Jeff Kintzer, Principal of Royal Properties, Inc., who handles the
leasing for Shop Rite Plaza. Co-tenants include Shop Rite, Blockbuster, Palm Beach Tans, Subway, Route 22
Restaurant, Tahitia’s Spa, Ballet des Enfants and Great Play. Pyramid Real Estate represented Dunkin’
Donuts.
The UPS Store has signed a 10 year lease for 1,400 SF at Crosspointe North Business Center, a new retail
development, on Waterbury Road in Prospect, Connecticut. Jeff Kintzer represented UPS in this transaction.
Knuckleheads Gym has signed a 5 year
lease for 2,500 SF at 720 Bedford Road in
Bedford Hills, New York. Knuckleheads “The Coolest Gym in Town” is an interactive
gym/gameroom specifically designed for
kids. “Knuckleheads is a new and exciting
concept aimed at creating a fun gym workout
for kids in a playful environment” says CEO
Rich Aries. Within the next few months
Knuckleheads will implement an aggressive
growth strategy throughout the country with
representation by Jeff Kintzer of Royal
Properties, Inc.
Singas Pizza has signed a 10 year lease for
1,581 SF at 1455 West Avenue in
Parkchester, Bronx, New York. This will be
the 16th location for Singas Famous Pizza and their first in the Bronx. “Singas considers this a home run
location thanks to the huge population counts within one mile” says Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. who
represented both the tenant and the Landlord, Mall Properties, Inc. in this transaction. Royal Properties
continues to seek 1,200-2,000 SF locations throughout, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for SIngas
Famous Pizza.
Kennedy Fried Chicken has signed a 15 year lease for 1,250 SF at the Perth Amboy Shopping Center at
Convery Boulevard & Fayette Street in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. “Being
able to place Kennedy Fried Chicken into this busy center on Convery
Boulevard will assure a steady flow of customers coming through their door.
With a population over 110,000 within three miles, this centrally located site
will provide the key attributes necessary for success.” says Scott Meshil of
Royal Properties, Inc. Royal Properties represented both the tenant and the
landlord in this transaction.
Planned Parenthood has signed a 10 year lease with options for 3,104 SF at 6
Gramatan Avenue in Mount Vernon, New York. Scott Meshil of Royal
Properties, Inc. represented both the Tenant and the Landlord, Heritage Realty,
LLC in this transaction.
Postnet has signed a 10 year lease with options for 1,476 SF at 557 Grand Concourse in the Bronx, New York.
Co-Tenants in this newly renovated strip include 7-Eleven and Popeyes. “With the Mott Avenue Train Station
and USPS hub across the street and 175,000 people living within one mile, this location will be a big draw for
the community” says Scott Meshil, who represtented the landlord Wolf Realty in this transaction.
Postnet has signed a 10 year deal for 1,548 SF at Somers Commons Shopping Center in Somers, New York.
Co-tenants include Super Stop & Shop, Home Goods, New York Sports Club, Learning Express, Subway,
Radio Shack and Cold Stone Creamery. “Postnet provides a well needed service to the people that shop at
Somers Commons and their surrounding areas.” says Scott Meshil, a Somers resident and broker who
represented the Landlord, Urstadt Biddle Properties, in this transaction.
Subway has signed a 10 year lease for 1,000 SF at the Greenville Plaza Shopping Center at 404 Central Park
Avenue in Greenburgh, New York. Neighboring retailers include Office Max, Ethan Allen, California Pizza
Kitchen and Harmon Cosmetics. Subway is continuing its expansion throughout Westchester and Rockland
Counties with stores ranging from 1,000 to 1,800 SF.
Great Play has signed a 5 year lease for 3,600 SF at Midway Shopping Center in Scarsdale, New York. "Great
Play is the next generation in youth play & sport centers. We guide children in their development of motor
skills, sports skills and fitness through fun structured play in an exciting interactive arena" says CEO, Keith
Camhi. "We've been looking for a site in the Scarsdale market for almost two years says Jeff Kintzer,
Principal of Royal Properties, Inc. who represents Great Play. With the co-tenants in this shopping center and
the demographics in and around Scarsdale, Midway is an ideal location for Great Play”. Co-tenants include
Linens & Things, Panera Bread, CVS, Lakeshore Learning Center, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks, Dress
Barn and Annie Sez. Barry Endelson of Aries, Deitch & Endelson represented the landlord. Great Play is
