Yes Beauty Supply signed a ten year lease with two five year options in Campbell Plaza on Dolson Avenue, Middletown, NY. This 1,850 sq. ft. location is in the highly trafficked Campbell Plaza with such retailers as ShopRite Supermarket, Fashion Bug, Edible Arrangements, Radio Shack, Just-A-Buck, Subway, and H&R Block. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties represented both the tenant and the landlord, Kale Realty, Inc. Royal Properties exclusively represents Campbell Plaza in Middletown, NY. Currently, there are in-line spaces available of 520-12,600 sq. ft. as well as 3,035 sq. ft. end cap.
Emiliani Enterprises also signed a five year lease with a five year option for 2,718 sq. ft. in the Wallkill Town Center at the intersection of Dunning Road & Schutt Road in Middletown, NY. This center offers easy access to Routes 211 & 17 as well as I-84 and has co-tenants such as Price Chopper and Charlie Brown’s. Time Nails signed a five year lease with a five-year option for 1,400 SF at Colonial Square, at 327 Route 59, Airmont, NY. Time Nails offers manicures and pedicures as well as skin care and waxing services. Scott Meshil and Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties represented both the tenant and the landlord. Royal Properties is marketing Colonial Square, a newly built 35,650 SF center co-tenanted by Trustco Bank, Planet Fitness, Rockland Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and a dry cleaner. Area retailers include Wal-Mart, Applebee’s, Shop Rite, CVS, Outback, Walgreen’s, Blockbuster, Starbucks, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, and many more. “With a population near 100,000 within 3 miles and a traffic count over 19,000 vehicles, this center offers retailers a great opportunity within the marketplace.”, says Scott Meshil of Royal Properties. Currently, there are spaces available from 1,400 – 5,600 SF.
Beans & Bulbs signed a lease at the Yonkers Train Station in Yonkers, NY. They will offer a varied product selection designed to accommodate the commuters changing needs during the shifting hours of the day. During the morning rush, they will offer freshly ground coffee, teas, and pastries. In the afternoon, selections will include sandwiches and other grab & go items. In the evening, they will add a selection of fresh flowers. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. said, “Both the city of Yonkers and the MTA are thrilled. It adds to the retail mix of downtown Yonkers. Having the Train Station building occupied will generate more retail activity for all the stores on the Yonkers waterfront and provide a true service for the daily commuters.”
Dollar Discount City signed a three year lease with a five year option for 3,800 SF at Hopewell Plaza, located at the intersection of Route 376 & Route 82 in Hopewell Junction, NY. Dollar Discount City operates six stores in New York and one in Pennsylvania. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties represented both the tenant and the landlord, Hopewell Associates, LLC. Royal Properties exclusively represents Hopewell Plaza in Hopewell Junction, NY. Hopewell Plaza recently underwent a complete renovation. Currently, there is an end cap space available of 3,818 SF as well as a pad site available for development.
