ALAN MOUNTY JOINS ROYAL PROPERTIES
AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT Alan Mounty, with over 20 Years experience in the retail real estate industry was most recently a Vice President in the retail division of Vornado Realty Trust for five + years. Prior to that, Alan spent 5 years as Assistant Vice President with RD Management, an owner and manager of small and large shopping centers. He has worked on strip centers and malls all over the United States and Puerto Rico. Additionally, he has extensive experience in shopping center management, acquisitions and sales. “I am looking forward to bringing the experience I have gained at Vornado and RD Management to the clients of Royal Properties. AS LEASING SPECIALIST Jeanine has over 15 years experience in the communications field in the public and private sectors, appearing on numerous national and international newscasts. She has worked as Director of Communications for Ronald S Lauder. Prior to that, Ms. Kemm was the Executive Director and Spokesperson for New Yorkers for Term Limits and One Jerusalem. Additionally, she has done press relations for Former Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu. Ms. Kemm has served on the boards of Committee for Secure Peace, New Yorkers for Term Limits and One Jerusalem. She has also served on many international panels. Jeanine brings her market knowledge, determination, perseverance and her proven ability to find creative solutions to her new career at Royal Properties.
