As the exclusive leasing agent for Subway in Rockland County, the Royal Properties leasing team of David Landes and Jeff Kintzer has secured new locations for Subway in Tappan and Nanuet, NY.

In Tappan, NY Subway signed a ten-year lease at Tappan Plaza located at 3-37 Route 303. This 1,500 Sq. Ft. store is highly visible and offers a high pedestrian traffic count. Subway will be building out their Tuscan design in this location.
Subway also signed a ten-year lease in Nanuet, NY on Route 59. Neighboring retailers include Home Depot, Raymour & Flannigan, Barnes & Noble, Petco, Modell’s, Payless, Target, David’s Bridal, Bed Bath & Beyond and Kohl’s. This 1,200 Sq. Ft. store is located in the heart of the retail district.
