In Ardsley, NY, La Catena has opened in the Rite Aid Center on Saw Mill River Road. The 4,000 square foot Italian restaurant opened with full service in October 2010. In the same center, Bonita Nails has taken the 1,200 square foot former Curves space. A grand re-opening of Rite Aid will take place in early 2011. In Briarcliff, NY, Verizon Wireless signed a five-year lease for a 1,100 SF space with an occupancy date of October 15, 2010. This former florist space was represented by Admiral Real Estate. In Pelham, NY on Lincoln Avenue, a 1,600 square foot Dunkin’ Donuts and a new Wow Cleaners has opened. Wow Cleaners is a chain of dry cleaners with more than 20 stores in Westchester County. Both Dunkin’ Donuts and Wow Cleaners took End Caps. Only one 1,600 square foot store remains in this newly renovated center.
