Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Verizon Wireless will open another location in Westchester County. Verizon Wireless will occupy 1,500 square feet at Rye Ridge Shopping Center in Rye Brook, NY.

These new locations continue the expansion plans by Verizon Wireless that increases Verizon’s dominance in the personal
communications industry. Verizon’s share of the market has grown considerably, as its market coverage and customer satisfaction have become preeminent.

Co-Tenants in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center include CVS, D’Agostino’s, Chipolte, Elevation Burger, Chop’t Salad, Chase Bank, CoCo Day Spa and Starbucks. Erin Hinchey facilitated the transaction for the Landlord.

Royal Properties is pleased to be the exclusive broker for Verizon Wireless throughout the Hudson Valley and Bronx markets.
