BLINDS TO GO RELOCATES TO HARTSDALE, NEW YORK

Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Blinds To Go at 150 South Central Avenue in Hartsdale, New York. Blinds To Go signed a long term lease, relocating their store from Yonkers, NY to a new 4,500 square foot free-standing building in Hartsdale, NY.

Working closely with the Town of Greenburgh, Blinds To Go was able to secure building permits in a very timely manner enabling the store to open for the Spring selling season. “This new location gives Blinds To Go tremendous visibility on Central Park Avenue, as well as an excellent parking field for their customers. Traffic counts on this part of Central Avenue are extremely high and this will allow Blinds To Go to expand their brand in the marketplace” states John Williams, who handled this assignment for Royal Properties, Inc.
