The Elmsford landmark, located at 210 Saw Mill River Road, has seen a number of changes over the years. The newest owner is the Aztec Paradise, well established for many years in Yonkers, the eatery will bring authentic Mexican cuisine and flavor back to Elmsford.

“The new owner hopes to open for Valentine’s Day 2012. The property will undergo significant renovations and appeal to a broad audience of Westchester diners. The native Aztec culture will be featured prominently in the art work and décor. The rich history of these Native Americans will be the backdrop for the food and beverages.” states John Williams, who has handled the property since 1995.
