Colony Grill originated in Stamford, CT in 1935 and recently opened a new location in Fairfield, CT.  The Avon location will be filling the 6,660 square foot former 99 Restaurant space and, like their other locations, will focus on quality pizza in a family friendly environment. 

Colony will be joining a prominent roster of tenants at Nod Brook, including The Fresh Market, Michael’s Arts and Crafts, and Marshalls.   This shopping center is located at a very high traffic location on Route 44 & 208, with 29,000 cars per day.  The 5 mile population of almost 50,000 has an average household income of $146,000.
