ROYAL PROPERTIES NAMED EXCLUSIVE BROKER FOR FIVE MTA STATION BUILDINGS

Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that they have been retained to exclusively represent the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the leasing of five station buildings in Westchester County, New York.

Tarrytown Train Station, located at 1 Depot Plaza in Tarrytown, NY is the second busiest station on the Hudson Line. This station is adjacent to the Hudson River Waterfront and directly opposite Tarrytown Village Hall and has recently had a $3 Million renovation. 3,319 square foot Ground and 523 square foot Loft Office space is currenlty available.

Port Chester Train Station, located at 3 Broad Street in Port Chester, NY is a highly visible downtown location with easy access to I-95, I-287 and Route 1. This station has recently had a $1 Million renovation. There is currently 5,632 square feet available which can be made divisible.

Ossining Train Station, located at 1 Main Street in Ossining, NY is above the Railroad with excellent views of the Hudson River. There is currently 1,150 square feet available.

Peekskill Train Station, located at 300 Railroad Avenue in Peekskill, NY is an excellent Hudson River Waterfront location with outdoor seating. This station has close access to Route 9 and the Bear Mountain Parkway. There is currenlty 7,395 square feet available which can be made divisible.

Ardsley Train Station is located at 1 Ardsley Avenue in Irvington, NY. There is currently 3,300 square feet available which can be made divisible.
