Benjamin Moore/Gervic Paints signed a five-year lease with a five-year option for 2,000 square feet. “This Benjamin Moore franchisee has three stores and has been looking to relocate their Monroe store from across the street for a while. We are pleased that they decided Monroe Plaza had the right tenant mix to make this another successful store. We couldn’t agree more,” said Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties.

Salads & Such signed a five-year lease with two five-year options for 1,800 square feet. Salads & Such offers a light and healthy fare of salads, paninis, wraps, frozen smoothies and yogurts that are an ideal healthy alternative for moms, kids and anyone who likes tasty, value-oriented, healthy meals. “Monroe Plaza is the place to establish a local or national business in this market,” says Jeanine Kemm of Royal Properties who represented the Landlord, American Continental Properties, LLC.
Monroe Plaza is 156,475 square foot shopping center located in a high traffic area. Co-tenants include retailers such as Super Stop & Shop, Rite Aid, McDonald’s, Chase Bank, Hallmark, Car Quest and Subway.
