DEALS IN NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY Tappan Plaza, 3–37 Route 303 in Tappan, NY: V&S Quickmart, a convenience, variety and lottery store, signed a ten year lease with two five-year options for 3,250 square feet. Beautix, selling laser hair removal services and accessories, signed a five year lease with a five year option for 420 square feet. Perth Amboy Shopping Center 587 Fayette Street, Perth Amboy, NJ: Scott Meshil of Royal Properties negotiated a five year lease for 1,000 square feet with with a five year option for Roy Associates, LLC, a check cashing company. This center co-tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Kennedy Fried Chicken, J&A Dry Cleaners and Dollar Power. “With a population over 110,000 within three miles, this centrally located site will provide the key attributes necessary for success.” says Scott Meshil, Sr. Vice President of Royal Properties, Inc.
