a twenty year lease @ 759 Central Park Avenue in White Plains, New
York. This location was formerly a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant
for over twenty years. Dunkin Donuts will completely retrofit the
existing building to incorporate its new look which was introduced
earlier this year. Conveniently located on Central Park Avenue (Rt.
100) and across the street from Christmas Tree Shops and Pathmark
Supermarket this store is a prime location for Dunkin Donuts on
Central Park Avenue which offers high traffic with easy access.
