Restaurants has signed a lease to open their first Westchester County,
NY restaurant. Located at 149-151 Central Park Avenue (Rt. 100)
in Hartsdale, New York, Ruby Tuesday will open a 5,300 Sq. Ft. restaurant.
This end-cap space is located across the street from Ethan Allen,
Innovation Luggage and Sleepy’s. “Central Avenue enjoys
tremendous traffic and is known as the premier retail destination
in Westchester County”, states David Landes, Principal of
Royal Properties, Inc. and the exclusive leasing broker for Ruby
Tuesday throughout The Bronx, Westchester and Rockland County in
New York. Ruby Tuesday signed a long term lease and will be undertaking
a complete renovation of the existing store incorporating Ruby Tuesday’s
new prototype. Ruby Tuesday is a leader in the casual theme restaurant
category, their stores incorporate a warm and inviting look for
families and individuals looking for a wide variety of menu items
including a newly designed salad bar. “This will be their
first store opening in Westchester and we currently have our sights
set on a few other locations in Westchester, Rockland and the Bronx”

that are between 5,000-6,000 Sq. Ft. that are either free standing,
