Royal Properties Brokers 2 more Deals for Angel Tips in CT (Winter 2006) 
The Royal Properties leasing team of Jeff Kintzer and Dave Landes have brokered 2 more deals on behalf of Angel Tips Nail & Spa. Angel Tips has signed a 10 year lease for 4,000 SF at ShopRite Plaza in Stamford, CT. This location will offer a full array of spa services such as manicures, pedicures, massage therapy, haircuts and facials. "We are very confident that being on the Stamford/Greenwich border will bring a more affluent customer looking to be pampered" says Rocky Cingari, managing partner of the shopping center. In East Lyme, CT Angel Tips has signed a 10 year lease for 1,880 SF at the Super Stop & Shop Center on Flanders Road. This location will be a full service nail salon and is scheduled to open in June 2006. Lou Proto of the Proto Group represented the landlord. Royal Properties continues to represent Angel Tips throughout the tri-state area. 1,000 - 3,000 SF in supermarket anchored centers are preferred.
