signed a long term lease for a 34,000 Sq. Ft. parcel at Playtogs
Plaza on Dolson
Avenue (Route 17M) in Middletown, NY. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties
negotiated a twenty year ground
lease with four fiveyear options. This center is anchored by such
tenants as Redner’s Supermarket, Blockbuster, Popeyes, and
TD Bank North. “This site offers AutoZone excellent visibilty
with over 25,000 cars per day on
Dolson Avenue. With easy access from I-84 to this 7,400 Sq. Ft.
store, AutoZone will serve Middletown and much of Orange County.”
