Domino’s Pizza, LLC has signed a lease for 1,400 Sq. Ft. at the Post Road Plaza on Boston Post Road in Port
Chester, NY. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties negotiated a seven year lease with one seven year option. Cotenants include Bally Total Fitness, Sleepy’s, Subway, and Apple Farm Market. “Being able to place Domino’s into a prime space on Boston Post Road will assure a steady flow of deliveries going out their door. With a population over 135,000 plus 95,000 employees within five miles, this centrally located site will provide the key attributes necessary for success.” says Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc.
