Royal Properties, Inc. has been named the Exclusive Broker to lease Ashton Park in Poughkeepsie. The
site, at Route 9 & Old Post Road, is located in Dutchess
County, NY. Ashton Park will offer 40,000 SF of retail
space plus pad sites. Delivery expected in the Fall of 2008.
