Properties brokers 3 more sites for Just-A-Buck

New York and one in New Jersey.
Just-A-Buck has signed a 10 year lease for 4,000 SF at the Montgomery Towne Square off Route 208 in Montgomery, NY. This center is anchored with a 56,000 SF Shop Rite Supermarket. Other tenants include Eckerd Drugs, Blockbuster Video and H&R Block. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties represented the landlord, Wharton Realty Group. Just-A-Buck has signed a 10 year lease for 4,000 SF at Valley Supreme Plaza on Route 52 in Pine Bush, NY. Nearby retailers include Hannaford's Supermarket, Rite Aid and Dunkin Donuts. Cotenants include True Value, McDonald's, Napa Auto Parts and Provident Savings Bank. Scott Meshil of Royal Properties represented the landlord, Moriano Real Estate. Just-A-Buck has signed a 10 year lease for
4,410SF at The Stop & Shop Plaza in Cherry Hill, NJ. Besides
Stop & Shop other co-tenants include Gymboree, Hair Cuttery,
