Kumon Math & Reading has signed a lease for 1,438 SF inside a Wal-Mart Supercenter located in Bartlesville, OK. "We felt the demographics of the Wal-Mart customer combined with the demographics of the Bartlesville community were ideal for Kumon to succeed here" says Jeff Kintzer, Vice President of Royal Properties who consulted on this assignment.

Kumon, started over fifty years ago in Japan, provides reading and math programs to help children master those fundamental skills necessary to their overall academic performance. There are currently 1400 locations throughout the country.

Time Service, Inc., a pioneer in the watch and jewelry repair business has signed a lease for 550 SF inside a Wal-Mart Supercenter in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
