Orange County, NY: Scott Meshil of Royal Properties is pleased to announce that Resnick’s Mattress Factory Direct has signed a ten year lease for 3,035 SF  at the Campbell Plaza on Route 17M (Dolson Ave.) in Middletown, New York. 

Campbell Plaza is anchored with a ShopRite Supermarket and Rite Aid.  Other tenants include Fashion Bug, IHOP, Radio Shack, Just-A-Buck, Subway, and H&R Block.  “Being able to place Resnick’s second Middletown store into this prime end cap location will continue their growth within the county.
