Royal
Properties Inc. Brokers Two Deals for Tengda Asian
Bistro (Summer 2006) 
The Royal Properties leasing team
of Jeff Kintzer and David Landes are proud to announce that Tengda,
an upscale Asian bistro restaurant with locations in Greenwich and
Westport CT has recently signed leases to expand into Katonah, NY
and Milford, CT.
In Katonah, Tengda signed a 10 year lease for 1850 SF located in the Katonah Shopping Center. Co-tenants in this center include Wachovia Bank, The UPS Store, The Post Office, and the Katonah Pharmacy. "The demographics are ideal for an upscale restaurant such as Tengda says Jeff Kintzer, VP of Royal Properties and exclusive broker for Tengda. The mix of retail on Katonah Ave. and the close proximity to the train station are a tremendous draw." Tengda is scheduled to open in July 2006. Tengda has signed a 15 year lease with options for 6000 SF on Boston Post Road in The Milford Marketplace in Milford, CT. Potential co-tenants in this soon to be built shopping center include Ann Taylor Loft, Blue Tulip, White House/Black Market, Chico's, Coldwater Creek, People's Bank, and Jos. A. Banks. Ethan Allen currently occupies a free standing building and will be remaining. Tengda is scheduled to open in June 2007. Royal Properties continues to represent
