Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of several leases throughout Connecticut.

Domino’s Pizza signed a 10 year lease for 1,400 square feet and Superior Cleaners signed a ten year lease renewal for 1,400 square feet in Grade A/ShopRite Plaza at 2000 W. Main Street in Stamford, CT.   This center is located on Route 1 immediately off Exit 6 on I-95.  Co-tenants include ShopRite, Palm Beach Tan, Dunkin’ Donuts, T-Mobile, Great Play, First County Bank, Subway, Mattress Firm, Weight Watchers, Westchester Burger Co., Angel Tips, Dr. Dental and more. This property provides over 500 on-site parking spaces and currently has 1,200 – 2,400 square feet available for lease. Jeff Kintzer and Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in this transaction.

Mobile Rescue signed a five year lease for 2,200 square feet in Center Seven at 607 Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT.  This 35,000 square foot shopping center offers great visibility, is ideally located on Route 7 with close access to the Merritt Parkway and has an excellent tenant roster, which includes Starbucks, Massage Envy, Citibank, Planet Pizza, Jake’s Wayback Burgers and European Wax, amongst others.  We currently have the 2,000 square foot space that can be made available for lease. Cheshire Nails has signed a long term ten year lease for 1,500 square feet in the Cheshire Shopping Center at 905-969 South Main Street (Route 10) in Cheshire, CT.   This 81,100 square foot center is situated on 9.3 acres with high visibility and traffic counts of over 19,900 cars per day along South Main Street.  Advance Auto Parts initially took over a portion of the old Staples space which co-anchors with Pier 1 Imports. This center provides plenty of on-site parking, traffic light entry and close proximity to I-84, I-91, I-95 and Route 691. Co-Tenants include CVS, Pier 1 Imports and the YMCA. There is 2,800 – 8,400 square feet available for lease. Jeff Kintzer and Craig Benson of Royal Properties, Inc. were the sole brokers in this transaction.

Advance Auto Parts has signed a lease renewal extending their prior lease for 7,000 square feet for another five years in the ShopRite Shopping Center at 49 Pershing Drive in Derby, CT.   This 124,287 square foot center is anchored by a $52 Million ShopRite and co-tenants such as Wireless Zone, Petland Discounts, Sally Beauty, Angel Tips, Liberty Bank and more.
