It is located within walking distance to the Mount Kisco Train Station and is in close proximity to the Saw Mill River Parkway and I-84. HomeGoods will take over the entire building which was formerly a Party City and Annie Sez. Party City may relocate to a storefront near Modell’s Sporting Goods. This site features 18’ Ceilings, dedicated and municipal parking and pylon and building signage.
The landlord plans to renovate the property with a new façade, store front, roof and parking lot to prepare for HomeGoods, who anticipates opening in the second quarter of 2019. HomeGoods will join neighboring retailers including Starbucks, Banana Republic, Gap, Jos A. Bank, Mattress Firm, AT&T, Bow Tie Cinemas, Rite Aid, Dunkin’ Donuts, Mrs. Greens, Stop & Shop and many more.
