Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of two leases at Fleetwood Plaza Shopping Center, 850 Bronx River Road, Yonkers, NY. 

The UPS Store signed a long-term lease for a 1,343 square foot space next to CVS, formerly occupied by Geller Dental who relocated within the center into the newly constructed office space on the second floor. 

Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard signed a long-term lease for a 858 square foot space situated in-between Fleetwood Laundry & Dry Cleaners and the newly signed UPS Store.

Fleetwood Plaza is a 2-level shopping center located at the intersection of Bronx River Road and Midland Avenue in Yonkers, alongside the Bronx River Parkway and Cross County Parkway Intersection.   The Fleetwood Train station is steps away and local bus routes serve the area.  This center has a new facade, sidewalk and parking lot as well as municipal and street parking.  The UPS Store and Rita’s will share the center with CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, Sylvan Learning Center, Subway, Hair Dimensions and many more.   There is currently a 870+/- square foot space available for lease, ideal for medical or retail use.
