Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of three more leases at Archway Plaza, 365 Central Park Avenue, Scarsdale, NY.

Hana Sushi & Grill signed a long term lease for the 4,500 square foot end cap situated in the south corner, formerly California Pizza Kitchen.  Hana Sushi & Grill is a Japanese barbeque and steakhouse restaurant. Laura Leeds of Simon David Real Estate represented the Tenant for this transaction.

Russian School of Mathematics (RSM) signed a long term lease for the 4,300 square foot end cap situated in the north corner, formerly Calligaris.  The Russian School of Math is an award-winning K-12 math program delivering knowledge and abilities that empower students to achieve excellence. They currently have 65 locations, serving over 40,000 students, throughout the US and Canada. Teresa Marziano of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the Tenant for this transaction.

Shake It Off Dance Studio signed a lease for a 1,600 square foot space situated between Club Pilates and Bird Jungle, formerly Paint with a Twist.  Shake it Off is dance school providing dance, art and music classes and children’s parties. Jamie Fosgate of Nest Edge Realty represented the Tenant for this transaction.

Archway Plaza is a 35,000 square foot shopping center located in the hottest retail zone in Westchester County. This center provides tremendous visibility on Central Park Avenue and excellent parking. Co-Tenants include Club Pilates, Kids In Sports, Long Island Bagel Café, Golden Village Super Market and more.  Only two spaces remaining for lease, there is a 1,600-4,200 square foot in-line and a 3,600 square foot in-line.
