Centfort Plaza is a highly visible strip center along the heavily traveled Central Park Avenue (Route 100) with over 50,000 cars per day.  Tenants include Sleepy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Citizens Bank, The Vitamin Shoppe, GameStop, Casual Male, Scottrade, Subway and more.   This center is strategically located at a traffic light, has four way access, over 235 parking spaces and is surrounded by national retailers such as Best Buy, Starbucks, Pier 1 Imports, AutoZone, CVS, DSW, Petco, Kohl’s and many more.  Currently, there are stores available for lease ranging from 4,000 – 6,510 square feet.

Domino’s Pizza signed a 10-year lease for 2,200 square feet at Centfort Plaza.  Royal Properties is representing Domino’s in their search for 1,200 – 2,000 square feet of in-line, end cap, or freestanding spaces in strip centers, power centers, and downtown locations throughout Manhattan, Westchester, Orange & Dutchess counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut.  Scott Meshil of Royal Properties, Inc. represented Domino’s and Karnit Mosberg of Royal Properties, Inc. represented the landlord in this transaction.

C2 Education signed a five-year lease for 1,800 square feet at Centfort Plaza.  C2 Education began as a private tutoring program run out of a Harvard University dorm room. Since then, they have grown to include more than 180 centers nationwide, serving more than 10,000 students and their families each week. They are the nation’s fastest-growing network of personal tutoring and SAT, PSAT, ACT and AP Exam preparation centers.
