Harbor Freight Tools has signed a 10-year lease for 14,688 square feet at 330 – 350 Tarrytown Road (Route 119) in White Plains, NY.

The space has been created by the purchase of adjacent land and the razing of the former Greenburgh Health Center. The landlord will be demolishing the former building and constructing a brand new freestanding building for Harbor Freight Tools in 2017. Co-Tenants include New Balance, Sherwin-Williams, Men’s Wearhouse and Sprint.  Located directly across from Crossroads Shopping Center on Tarrytown Road, this site has a traffic count of 33,500 cars per day.  Neighboring retailers include HomeGoods, Party City, Big KMart, Payless Shoesource, Saks Off Fifth, Dress Barn, GNC, Five Below, PetSmart, DSW, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Applebee’s and many more retailers.
