ROYAL PROPERTIES BROKERS THREE MORE POPEYES DEALS IN NEW YORK

Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce that Scott Meshil has brokered three Popeyes Louisiana Chicken leases throughout the lower Hudson Valley, NY.

In Yorktown Heights, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken signed a long-term lease for a 2,200 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru at Staples Plaza, 3399 Crompond Road (Route 202).  Staples Plaza is a 110,000 square foot open air community Shopping Center in Westchester County, NY. Popeyes will join BJ’s, Staples, Party City, Level Fitness, Pet Supplies Plus and more.

In Carmel, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken signed a long-term lease for a 2,930 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru at Carmel ShopRite Plaza, 186 Route 52 (Gleneida Avenue).  Carmel ShopRite Plaza is a 129,000 square foot shopping center with a great mix of national and local tenants in Putnam County, NY. Popeyes will join ShopRite Supermarket, Cinema 8, Rite Aid, Health Quest and more.

In Wappingers Falls, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken signed a long-term lease for a 2,880 square foot freestanding building with a drive-thru at Wappinger Plaza, 1490 Route 9.  Wappinger Plaza is a prime shopping center with signaled access on Route 9 in Dutchess County, NY. Popeyes will join Hannaford, Goodwill, Trustco Bank and more. Royal Properties exclusively represents Wappingers Plaza in leasing their 1,200 – 16,700 square feet of available space.
