White Plains Urgent Care signed a long-term lease for 2,700 square feet, relocating from 10 Chester Avenue in White Plains. They provide immediate medical care for Adults, Women’s Health and Children’s Healthcare needs. The Urgent Care is open 7 days a week and participates in most insurance plans, offering prompt, affordable and quality medical care for patients in and round Westchester County.

Salon Neljou signed a long-term lease for 1,538 square feet, relocating from across the street at Crossroads Shopping Center. They are a trusted hair salon, providing excellent service to the White Plains community and beyond.

Rosemont Plaza is a prime strip center with excellent visibility on Route 119.  Situated across from Crossroads Shopping Center, this center provides plenty of on-site parking and is in close proximity to I-287, the Sprain Brook Parkway and the Bronx River Parkway.   White Plains Urgent Care and Salon Neljou will join co-tenants Planet Pizza, Cosmo Prof, Batteries Plus and Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies, bringing the center to 100% occupancy. Neighboring retailers include HomeGoods, Party City, Bed Bath & Beyond, Harbor Freight Tools, Starbucks, DSW, PetSmart, PGA Tour Superstore, Five Below and many more.
