Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of two new leases and one renewal at ShopRite Shopping Center, 360 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk CT.

Shah’s Halal Food, a pioneer in the American Halal food genre, signed a ten-year lease for 1,920 square feet. Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties represented the Landlord and Dominick Musilli of True Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.

PokePro, a modern poke restaurant serving poke bowls, ramen, sushi burritos and more, signed a long-term lease for 1,200 square feet replacing the former GNC. The PokePro partners operate successful Asian style restaurants throughout Westchester County, NY. This will be their first location in Fairfield County, CT. Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties was the sole broker in this transaction.

Webster Bank, a leading mid-size bank with more than $30 billion in assets, signed a lease renewal for the 2,700 square foot pad site, extending their lease another five years. Jeff Kintzer of Royal Properties was the sole broker in this transaction.
