Access Physical Therapy has signed a 10-year lease for 3,600 square feet. Royal Properties was the sole broker.
Heritage Financial Credit Union has signed a 10-year lease for 3,355 square feet. John Lavalle of Rand Commercial represented the tenant.
Athletic Republic signed a 10-year lease with options for 2,500 square feet. Jackson Hill of Fischer Management Services represented the tenant.
Goshen Plaza Liquors has signed a 5-year lease with options for 2,480 square feet. Royal Properties was the sole broker.
Jenny’s Nails has signed a 5-year lease for 1,820 square feet. Royal Properties was the sole broker.
Mathnasium has signed a 5-year lease for 1,544 square feet. Garrett Aries of ESR represented the tenant.
