Marshalls has signed a lease for 27,623 square feet. They will join retailers such as Aldi, TJ Maxx, Sierra Trading Post, Homegoods, Michael’s, PetSmart, Party City, Kirkland’s Home Décor, AutoZone, LL Flooring, Optimum, McDonald’s, Chili’s, Five Guys, Sterling Optical, and many more. “We are pleased to add to our spectacular retailer mix Marshall’s who will be relocating from Rockland Plaza down the street. Marshalls was drawn to Rockland Center due to our retailer co-tenancy as well as our tremendous parking field and location,” states David Landes, Principal of Royal Properties Inc., who represented the landlord in this transaction. Rockland Center is a 252,000 square foot shopping center situated in Nanuet, NY on Route 59 with easy access to I-87, Route 303, and the Palisades Parkway. Route 59, the main retail corridor of Nanuet, sees 31,763 cars per day which provides the center with outstanding visibility. The center services 1,200 parking spaces.  There is currently a 1,944 square foot endcap for lease.
