Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce they have brokered a deal with D1 Training, an athletic-based training facility for kids from ages 7 and up, at 561 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut. D1 has signed a long-term lease for 4,690 SF.

D1 will be located alongside Fairfield Wine & Spirits on Post Road, the main retail corridor in Fairfield which sees 12,753 cars per day. Neighboring retailers include Stop & Shop, McDonald’s, Dunkin’, Marshalls, CVS, DSW, Chick-Fil-A, Planet Pizza, and many more. This will be D1’s second location in Connecticut and now have over 150+ locations across the country.

“We are pleased to have secured D1 Training as a tenant at 561 Post Road.
