ROYAL PROPERTIES BROKERS DEAL WITH ROSS DRESS FOR LESS IN NEWINGTON, CT

Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce they have brokered a deal with Ross Dress for Less, who will anchor the newly rebranded Ross Plaza in Newington, Connecticut. They have signed a lease for 24,890 SF.

Strategically located along the heavily trafficked Berlin Turnpike, which sees over 33,400 vehicles per day, Ross Plaza offers exceptional visibility and access. Ross Dress for Less will join a strong lineup of co-tenants including Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, FedEx Office, Smoothie King, Subway, Chuck E. Cheese, and more. Neighboring retailers include Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Kohl’s, and ALDI. Renovations for the shopping center are currently underway and should be complete by end of summer 2026.
