The property benefits from being at the corner of a major intersection on Route 119, with 50,000 cars per day driving by. Neighboring retailers include Sprouts Farmers Market, Chick-Fil-A (coming soon), Smashburger, HomeGoods, DSW, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Best Buy, Shake Shack, TJ Maxx, PGA Tour Superstore, and many others.
At 151 East 170th Street in The Bronx, New York, Wingstop signed a long-term lease for 1,526 SF. The property benefits from 75’ of wraparound frontage. Neighboring retailers include Chipotle, Snipes, Kids Town, Dunkin, Taco Bell, Chase Bank, McDonald’s, and many more.
At 1041 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx, New York, Wingstop signed a long-term lease for 1,617 SF. Neighboring retailers include Burger King, Children’s Place, Chipotle, CityMD, Domino’s, Five Below, Foot Locker, Popeyes, Snipes, and many more.
