ROYAL PROPERTIES NEGOTIATES THREE LEASES AT SHOPRITE PLAZA IN STAMFORD, CT

Royal Properties Inc. is pleased to announce the successful lease negotiation for Yale New Haven Urgent Care at ShopRite Plaza in Stamford, Connecticut. The healthcare provider has committed to a long-term lease for 3,483 square feet within one of Fairfield County’s most active retail destinations.

Dunkin’, who is currently in 1,902 SF, has signed a new five-year extension which will extend their lease to 2033 and Subway, who is leasing 2,060 SF, has signed a ten-year extension which will extend their lease to 2036.
