The healthcare provider has committed to a long-term lease for 3,483 square feet within one of Fairfield County’s most active retail destinations.

Dunkin’, who is currently in 1,902 SF, has signed a new five-year extension which will extend their lease to 2033 and Subway, who is leasing 2,060 SF, has signed a ten-year extension which will extend their lease to 2036.

ShopRite Plaza spans 130,685 square feet and serves as a dominant shopping hub, anchored by ShopRite, recognized as one of Connecticut’s leading supermarkets.
