In Fair Lawn, New Jersey, they have signed a lease for 2,455 SF at 17-01 Broadway. Neighboring retailers include Sparkle Kids Dentistry, Escape Fitness Now, Parisi Speed School, Taverna Mykonos, Montclair Pickleball Bergen County, Cloud La Med Spa, and many more.
In Livingston, New Jersey, they have signed a lease for 1,250 SF at 545 S. Livingston Ave. Neighboring retailers include ShopRite, Dunkin, Capitol One Bank, Seymour’s Café, Livingston Gym, Livingston Tire Company, Calabria Pizzeria & Restaurant, Sweet Basil’s Café, Livingston Bagel and Catering, and many more.
In West Hartford, Connecticut, they have signed a lease for 1,142 SF at Bishops Corner Shopping Center. Neighboring tenants include Whole Foods, Walgreens, Hartford Medical, Ocho Café, Lox Stock & Bagels, and Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
In Pelham, New York, they have signed a lease for 1,130 SF at Four Corners Shopping Center. Neighboring retailers include R&D Liquors & Wine, Manor Card Shoppe, Dunkin, and Edo Restaurant.
