Co-tenants include Marshalls, T-Mobile, Subway, Smiley Nails & Spa, Robeks Fruit Smoothies, Vedas Indian Cuisine, Warehouse Wines & Spirits, and Elegance Cleaners.
The Joint Chiropractor has signed a long- term lease at ShopRite Shopping Center, located at 360 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut. They have signed a lease for 1,040 SF. Jeff Kintzer and Caroline Kintzer were the sole brokers in this transaction. Co-tenants include ShopRite, Planet Fitness, Dr. Dental, Angel Tips, Webster Bank, Sport Clips Haircuts, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and more.
Sally Beauty, who has been a tenant since 2007, has signed an 8-year lease extension for ShopRite Plaza in Derby, Connecticut. Co-tenants include ShopRite, Dr. Dental, Great Clips, Advance Auto Parts, Wing Stop, Comcast, and more. Jeff Kintzer was the sole broker in this transaction.
