ROYAL PROPERTIES BROKERS TWO DEALS WITH NAPA AUTO PARTS IN NEW YORK

Royal Properties, Inc. is pleased to announce they have brokered two deals with NAPA Auto Parts. They have signed long term leases in Poughkeepsie and Washingtonville, New York.

NAPA has signed a lease for 6,388 SF at 1930 South Road in Poughkeepsie, NY. Located along Route 9, the property benefits from strong daily traffic counts, seeing 42,218 cars per day. Co-tenants include Vitamin Shoppe, AT&T, Mattress Firm, Visionworks, and Fitness Showroom. Jim Caroll of Washington St. Partners represented the tenant in this transaction.

NAPA also leased 3,938 SF at Brotherhood Plaza in Washingtonville, NY. Brotherhood Plaza is a well-positioned neighborhood shopping center serving the surrounding residential community and the greater Orange County market. It benefits from strong daily convenience traffic. Co-tenants include Stop & Shop, CVS, USPS, T-Mobile, and more. Sam Adler of Rand Commercial represented the tenant in this transaction.
